Depending on the location each location will have different amenities. We list the basics like towels, linens, internet, etc. If the location doesn’t list something just send us a message and we can confirm what is at the location you desire.
Each location has a different cancellation policy. All Wisconsin locations have a 5 day cancellation policy. You are able to cancel 5 days before check in to receive 100% refund. Within the 5 days is non refundable, but under some circumstances we can work with you for future credit or transferring to another date. (Exclusions apply and not guaranteed)
