It all started in March of 2020…Yup! Just when everything got shut down due to covid we decided to start a short term rental business! At first our reaction was “WHAT DID WE JUST GET OURSELVES INTO?” but after a few months decided to press forward and keep growing the business.
Our company has grown from 2 short term rentals to 19 properties at the end of 2021. As friends and business partners we have traveled to many parts of the US as well as Internationally staying at short term rentals. We have always enjoyed the locations we have stayed and wanted to provide the same to travelers just like us!

Brian is a 17 year United States Army veteran, who has served two combat tours; one in Iraq in 2005-2006 and the second in Afghanistan in 2014. He is an involved father of two sons, ages 13 and 11.
Brian has been investing in real estate for ten years and thoroughly enjoys it. His hobbies include spending time with his family and watching his boys play sports.
Ashley is from Rochester, MN and has a talent for interior decorating and women’s fashion. Not only does Ashley design and decorate most of our locations she also owns and operates a women’s boutique fashion truck and pop up shop. Her passion for homes has also lead her to a career as a Real Estate Agent lic. in Minnesota and Wisconsin with eXp Realty.
Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with family and her 17 year old son in Junior High.
Mauricio is originally from Managua, Nicaragua and moved to the La Crosse area as a young boy. His past entrepreneurship has included being an owner of an International Refrigeration Business and for the past 6 years as a successful Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty.
Mauricio’s real estate connections have lead him into the short-term rental business and has been a big part of the expansion of property acquisitions for the company. When not working he enjoys traveling and spending time with his son (21) and daughter (17).
